Washer shows E34 at the start of a cycle, often refusing to start heating or spinning.

Safety: Unplug the washer and ensure it is fully drained.

• Release trapped pressure: Remove the pressure hose from the switch and blow through it to clear any trapped water or detergent. Refit securely.
• Test switch contacts: Use a multimeter to verify that the safety level contact is open when the drum is empty. If it remains closed, replace the pressure switch.
• Check for overfill signs: Inspect the tub and hoses for evidence of previous overfilling or siphoning, which can leave water in the pressure system.

If E34 persists with a new switch and clear hose, the main PCB may be faulty and should be checked by a professional.
