How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the washer immediately and allow it to cool. Do not use until the fault is corrected.
- Test NTC sensor: Measure resistance at room temperature and in warm water. Replace if readings are inconsistent or too low.
- Inspect heater relay: Check the control board for a stuck or welded heater relay. Typically, the entire PCB is replaced.
- Check wiring: Ensure no wires are shorted together at the heater terminals.
Because overheating can be a fire risk, have a qualified technician inspect and repair E62 faults.
