Washer leaks water from the rear or underneath during wash or spin.

Safety: Unplug the washer and turn off water supply. Tilt the machine carefully to inspect underneath.

• Identify leak source: Run a short fill cycle while observing the underside and rear (with panels removed) to see where water emerges.
• Check hoses and clamps: Tighten any loose clamps and replace split hoses with Zanussi-compatible parts.
• Inspect tub: Look for visible cracks or holes in the plastic outer tub. Small cracks may sometimes be plastic-welded, but often the tub must be replaced.
• Check inlet components: Inspect the inlet valve and dispenser connections for drips during fill.
