Safety: Turn off power and close water supply before removing any anode components.

• Locate the electronic anode assembly on the top or side of the Atlantic tank.
• Inspect the wiring between the anode module and the control board; reseat connectors and check for corrosion.
• If accessible, remove the anode rod and inspect for physical damage or heavy scale. Clean or replace as needed with a genuine Atlantic electronic anode.
• Check the anode module's power supply from the control board; if missing, the board may be faulty.
• If wiring and board supply are correct but E14 remains, replace the electronic anode module.
