How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power before removing the front panel.
- Remove the decorative front cover to access the keypad or touch interface board.
- Check for signs of moisture or condensation; dry the area thoroughly and correct any leaks from above.
- Inspect the ribbon cable between the keypad and the display/control board; reseat both ends.
- If certain buttons do not respond, the keypad membrane or touch sensors may be damaged. Replace the complete user interface assembly with the correct Atlantic spare.
- After replacement, restore power and test all buttons and functions.
