Possible Causes

Safety: Disconnect power for several minutes before attempting a reset.

Steps:

Hard reset: Turn off power at the isolator for at least 5 minutes, then restore power and attempt to reset the heater.
Check supply quality: If power cuts or surges are frequent, consider installing a surge protector or UPS.
Service mode (technician only): A Biasi technician can enter service mode to reload or correct configuration parameters.

Note: Persistent error 19 usually requires PCB replacement by an authorised service centre.
