Possible Causes
Faulty DHW NTC sensor, Sticking gas valve, Incorrect parameter settings, Scale restricting flow
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Risk of scalding. Reduce hot water use until the fault is corrected.
Steps:
- Lower DHW set temperature: Use the control panel to reduce the hot water temperature setting.
- Check DHW NTC sensor: Inspect and, if necessary, replace the DHW temperature sensor.
- Descale plate heat exchanger: Restricted flow through a scaled exchanger can cause rapid temperature rise; descale or replace as needed.
Important: If temperature remains unstable after sensor and descaling work, a technician must check gas valve modulation and control parameters.
