Safety: Isolate power before touching any moving parts.

Steps:

Identify noise source: Remove the front panel and carefully listen (with caution) to locate whether the noise comes from the pump, fan, or casing.
Check for loose panels: Tighten any loose screws on the casing and mounting brackets. Add anti-vibration pads if necessary.
Bleed air: Air in the system can cause gurgling and vibration. Bleed radiators and the pump vent screw.
Inspect pump and fan: If the pump or fan is excessively noisy or hot to the touch, it may be failing and should be replaced by a technician.

Note: Do not operate the heater with covers removed for extended periods.
