Inspect fan and burner: Remove the front cover and check that the combustion fan and burner assembly are firmly attached. Tighten any loose screws.
Fan balance: If the fan wheel is damaged or heavily soiled, clean or replace it to restore balance.
Secure piping: Ensure that flue and intake pipes are properly supported and not transmitting vibration into the building structure.
Test run: Restore power and gas, then run the heater and observe whether vibration is reduced.
