Possible Causes
Undersized electrical circuit, Loose power connections, Failing internal power supply on main control PCB, Voltage drop under load
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power at the breaker before tightening any electrical connections.
Steps to check:
- Verify that the CTC water heater is connected to the correct voltage and breaker size as specified on the rating plate.
- Inspect the terminal block where the power supply connects to the unit. Tighten any loose screws.
- Check for signs of overheating or discoloration on the wiring and terminal block.
- If possible, measure voltage at the unit while it is operating to ensure it stays within the specified range.
- If supply voltage is stable but E15 persists, the internal low-voltage power supply on the main control PCB may be failing and the board should be replaced.
