Possible Causes
Tripped breaker or blown fuse, Loose supply connections, Faulty main on/off switch, Failed control PCB power supply
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Ensure the circuit is de-energized before opening covers.
- Check supply: Verify the breaker is on and any local isolator switch is in the ON position. Test for voltage at the heater terminals.
- Inspect connections: Tighten incoming live, neutral, and earth terminals. Look for signs of overheating.
- Test switch: If the unit has a front power switch, test it for continuity when ON. Replace if faulty.
Note: If supply and switch are good but the unit remains dead, the internal power supply on the PCB may have failed and the board will need replacement.
