Possible Causes

Loose hot outlet connection, Degraded hot-side gasket, No expansion vessel on closed system, Overpressure relief valve lifting

Safety: Hot leaks can cause burns. Allow the unit to cool before working on it.

Check hot outlet: Tighten the hot outlet connection and inspect for cracks or damaged seals.
Inspect relief valve: If water is discharging from the temperature/pressure relief valve, test system pressure and fit an expansion vessel if required by Dimplex installation guidelines.
Replace gaskets: Renew any gaskets on hot-side flanges that show signs of hardening or cracking.
