Drazice User Interface / Keypad Failure

Drazice electronic water heater display is on, but buttons do not respond or menu cannot be changed.

Possible Causes

Faulty touch panel or keypad, moisture ingress into control panel, damaged ribbon cable between display and main board, firmware lockup

Safety: Disconnect mains power before removing the front panel.

Steps:

Power-cycle the heater by switching OFF/ON at the breaker and see if the keypad becomes responsive.
Remove the front panel to access the display board and check the ribbon cable connection to the main control board; reseat it firmly.
Inspect the display board for signs of moisture or corrosion; dry carefully if damp and identify any source of water ingress.
If buttons remain unresponsive, replace the user interface/display board with an OEM Drazice part.
