How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Warning: Overheating can be dangerous. Turn OFF power immediately.

Steps:

Check the thermostat setting and reduce it to a normal level (around 55–60°C).
Inspect for any signs of water leakage inside the casing that could transfer heat to the outer shell.
Verify that the safety thermostat has not been bypassed or incorrectly wired.
If the heater continues to overheat or the casing remains very hot, do not use the unit. Have a technician inspect the thermostat, safety devices, and internal insulation.
