Possible Causes

Failed circulation pump (for indirect or combined models), failed fan motor (for heat pump water heaters), blocked rotor, defective relay on control board

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Warning: Isolate electrical power and, if connected to a heating system, close valves to avoid leaks.

Check pump or fan:

  • Identify whether your Drazice model uses a circulation pump (for coil heating) or a fan (for heat pump units).
  • Remove the cover to access the pump or fan wiring.
  • Verify that the connector is firmly attached and that there are no burnt or loose wires.
  • With power OFF, try to rotate the pump or fan rotor by hand (if accessible). It should turn freely. If seized, the component must be replaced.
  • Restore power briefly and measure voltage at the pump/fan terminals when the unit calls for operation. If correct voltage is present but the motor does not run, replace the pump or fan assembly.
  • If no voltage is present at the motor while E7 is active, the control board output or relay may be defective and require board replacement.
