Failed keypad or encoder, Loose UI ribbon cable, Moisture damage to display board, Locked control mode or child lock feature
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF power before removing the front panel.
- Check for lock mode: Consult the user manual to see if a child lock or control lock is active and how to disable it.
- Inspect UI cable: Remove the front cover and reseat the ribbon cable or harness between the display board and main control board.
- Look for moisture: Dry any condensation on the display board and correct the source of moisture.
- Replace UI board: If controls remain unresponsive, replace the user interface/display board with an OEM EcoSmart part.
