How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF power at the breaker and close the water supply immediately to prevent further damage.
- Dry and inspect: Remove the front cover and use a flashlight to locate the exact source of the leak. Dry the area with towels.
- Check fittings: Tighten inlet and outlet compression or threaded fittings carefully; do not overtighten copper connections.
- Inspect manifolds and modules: Look for cracks or corrosion on the copper manifolds and around heating modules. Replace any leaking manifold or module assembly.
- Relief valve: If a pressure relief valve is installed on the unit and is dripping, test system pressure and replace the valve if it will not reseat.
- Test for leaks: Slowly reopen the water supply and watch for leaks before restoring power.
