How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF power before removing covers.
Steps:
- Check the user manual for a panel lock or child lock feature. Attempt the unlock sequence (often holding specific buttons for several seconds).
- If still unresponsive, turn OFF power, remove the cover, and reseat the interface ribbon cable at both the display and main board.
