How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Turn OFF power and close the water supply before removing the flow sensor.

Steps:

Remove the front cover and locate the flow sensor assembly on the inlet.
Inspect the wiring harness for damage or routing near high-current wires that could induce noise. Reroute if necessary.
Remove and inspect the sensor internals for wear or broken parts. Replace the flow sensor assembly if any mechanical damage is found.
Clean any scale or debris and reinstall with correct orientation.
If a new sensor does not resolve E14, the control board flow input circuit may be defective and require replacement.

Always check for leaks after reassembling the plumbing connections.

Display shows E14; unit may not start heating when flow is present.
