Possible Causes

Control board hardware fault, Corrupted firmware, Severe electrical surge damage, Internal sensor bus failure

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Turn OFF power before opening the unit.

Actions:

  • Perform a full power reset by turning OFF the breaker for 5–10 minutes, then restoring power.
  • Inspect the control board for visible damage (burn marks, cracked components). If found, replace the main control board.
  • Check all sensor and element connections to ensure nothing is shorting or overloading the board.
  • If E19 returns consistently, the control board has likely failed its internal diagnostics and must be replaced.

Board-level repair is not recommended; use an OEM replacement board.
