Eldom
Short Cycling Due to Sensor Placement or Control Logic
Heater cycles on and off very frequently, even with little water usage.

Possible Causes
Temperature sensor too close to element, Poor thermal contact of NTC, Oversensitive thermostat
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect power before adjusting sensors.
Steps:
- Check NTC placement: Ensure the NTC sensor is fully inserted into its well and not loose.
- Improve contact: If applicable, apply thermal paste or ensure the sensor spring clip is tight against the tank.
- Adjust hysteresis (if available): Some digital Eldom models allow adjusting differential or eco modes to reduce cycling.
- Replace thermostat: On mechanical models, if the thermostat is overly sensitive or worn, replace it.
