Heater does not respond to remote control or Wi-Fi app, but heats normally.

Steps:

• Check module status LED: Many Eldom remote modules have an indicator LED. If off, check its power connector.
• Reseat module: Unplug and reinsert the Wi-Fi/remote module into the control PCB.
• Re-pair device: Follow the Eldom instructions to reset and re-pair the module with your app or remote.
• Replace module: If still non-functional, replace the module with a compatible Eldom part.
