Display Backlight / UI Power Issue
Display is blank but unit heats water normally

Possible Causes
Failed display backlight, Loose display connector, Partial UI board failure, Dimmed display setting (if available)
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF power before accessing the display board.
Steps:
- 1. Check for faint display: Shine a flashlight at the display; if characters are visible, the backlight has failed.
- 2. Reseat connectors: Open the unit and reseat the display board connectors.
- 3. Replace display board: If the backlight or display remains non-functional, replace the user interface/display board.
Note: Since heating still works, this is primarily a usability issue but should be corrected for safe operation.
