How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power before inspecting the flue. Condensate is mildly acidic; wear gloves.
- Check flue slope: Ensure the flue is installed with the correct gradient back to the appliance as per Immergas instructions.
- Inspect seals and joints: Verify that all flue joints are fully engaged and that seals are present and undamaged.
- Clean condensate trap: Make sure the trap and drain are clear so condensate can flow freely.
Note: Flue reconfiguration should be done by a qualified installer.
