Possible Causes
Scaled primary or DHW heat exchanger, Gas valve under‑firing, Partially closed gas cock, Incorrect temperature setting on control panel
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power and gas before internal work.
- Check temperature setting: Ensure the DHW temperature on the Immergas control panel is set to the desired level, not at minimum or ECO mode.
- Verify gas cock fully open: Confirm the manual gas valve to the heater is fully open.
- Descale heat exchangers: If the unit is older or in a hard‑water area, have the primary and DHW plate heat exchangers descaled.
- Flow vs. temperature: Reduce the hot water flow slightly at the tap to allow higher outlet temperature.
Note: If output remains low, a technician should check burner pressure and modulation.
