How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect power before removing the front panel.
- 1. Dry and clean: Check for condensation or water ingress around the display and buttons. Dry thoroughly and identify any leak paths.
- 2. Reseat cable: Disconnect and reconnect the ribbon cable between the control panel and main board.
- 3. Inspect keypad: If certain buttons never work, the keypad membrane or PCB is likely faulty. Replace the entire control panel assembly.
