Steps:

• 1. Verify supply voltage: Use a multimeter to confirm that the incoming voltage matches the Lochinvar nameplate (typically 120V or 240V). Correct any wiring errors at the service panel.
• 2. Inspect connections: Check wire nuts, terminal blocks, and ground connections inside the heater's junction box. Tighten any loose connections.
• 3. Check transformer: Measure the low-voltage output of the internal transformer or power supply board. If output is low or fluctuating, replace the transformer/power supply module.
• 4. Dedicated circuit: Ensure the heater is on a dedicated circuit and not sharing with large loads that could cause voltage dips.
• 5. If E011 persists: The main control board may be failing and should be replaced by a qualified technician.
