Possible Causes
Aging NTC sensor with drift, Poor thermal contact between sensor and pocket, Control PCB calibration fault, Sensor installed in wrong location
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Isolate power before handling sensors or opening the control compartment.
- Verify sensor placement: Ensure the primary tank sensor is installed in the correct pocket specified by Oso and fully inserted.
- Improve thermal contact: If allowed by the manufacturer, apply a thin layer of thermal paste to the sensor before reinserting into the pocket.
- Replace suspect sensor: If readings are clearly inaccurate compared to actual water temperature, replace the NTC sensor with a genuine Oso part.
- Check control board: If a new sensor does not resolve E11, the control PCB’s measurement circuit may be out of calibration and require replacement.
