Oso water heater produces very low hot water pressure or flow at taps.

Safety first: Turn OFF power and allow water to cool if you will be disconnecting any hot pipes.

• Check other taps: Compare flow at multiple outlets. If only one is affected, the issue is likely local to that tap.
• Clean aerators: Remove and clean tap aerators and filters of debris and scale.
• Inspect isolation valves: Ensure any hot outlet isolation valves near the Oso cylinder are fully open.
• Service mixing valve: If all outlets are weak, the thermostatic mixing valve may be blocked. Isolate, remove, and descale or replace.
• Check for kinks: Inspect any flexible hoses for kinks or collapse.
