Safety first: Disconnect power before removing the front panel or accessing electronic boards.
- Check display board connections: Remove the front cover and verify that the ribbon cable or harness between the display/control panel and main PCB is fully seated.
- Inspect for damage: Look for pinched cables, corrosion on connectors, or signs of moisture on the boards.
- Reduce interference: Ensure that high-power devices (welders, large motors) are not sharing the same circuit without proper filtering.
