How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Isolate power and gas. Allow the unit to cool.
- Inspect flue: Check for obstructions or incorrect assembly that may overload the fan.
- Check fan tach wiring: Ensure the tachometer connector is secure and the cable undamaged.
- Replace fan: If tach output is missing or erratic, replace the fan assembly.
- PCB check: If a new fan does not resolve F32, the PCB may be defective and require replacement.
