• Check flow restrictors: Ensure any installed flow restrictors are appropriate for the heater's minimum flow specification.
• Inspect flow sensor: Clean or replace the DHW flow sensor if it is not accurately detecting low flows.
• Consider system design: For very low demand applications, consider adding a small buffer tank or using a different heater type.
