How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power at the breaker before removing the front cover.
- Inspect communication cable: Locate the low-voltage cable connecting the display/control panel to the main board. Ensure both ends are fully seated and the cable is not pinched or damaged.
- Check for moisture: Look for condensation or water ingress around the display and connectors. Dry gently with a cloth and allow the unit to air dry if moisture is present. Address any external leaks.
- Reseat connectors: Unplug and replug the communication cable at both ends to clean contact surfaces.
- Test operation: Restore power and check if E11 clears. If the error persists, either the display module or main PCB may be defective. Replacement of these components should be done with OEM parts and may require a technician to identify which board has failed.
