How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power before removing the front panel or display module.
- Inspect communication cable: Remove the front cover and locate the low-voltage cable connecting the display/control panel to the main PCB. Check for pinched, cut, or burnt sections.
- Reseat connectors: Unplug and firmly reconnect the cable at both the display and PCB ends. Ensure connectors are oriented correctly and fully inserted.
- Check display module: Look for signs of moisture or damage on the display board. If the screen is blank or flickering, the module may be defective.
- Grounding: Verify that the appliance is properly grounded at the supply and that the ground wire is securely attached to the chassis.
- Test operation: Restore power and see if F11 clears. If the error persists, either the display module or main PCB must be replaced, which should be done by a qualified technician.
