Possible Causes

Clogged injector/venturi, Blocked brine line, Stuck brine float, Air leak at brine fittings

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the unit and close the inlet valve before working on the brine system.

Check brine draw:

  • Start a manual regeneration and observe the brine tank during the brine draw stage.
  • If the water level does not drop, there is a brine draw problem.

Inspect components:

  • Clean the injector/venturi assembly as described in the injector error section.
  • Inspect the brine line for kinks, clogs, or loose fittings. Tighten any fittings that may allow air to enter.
  • Remove and clean the brine float assembly; ensure it moves freely and the check valve at the bottom is not stuck.

After cleaning and reassembly, run another regeneration and confirm that the brine level drops. If not, replace the injector/venturi assembly or brine valve assembly.
