Control panel buttons are unresponsive or require very hard pressing

Safety: Unplug the unit before opening the control housing.

• Inspect front panel: Check for cracks or signs of water entry around the buttons.
• Dry moisture: If condensation is present, dry the area and correct any leaks above the unit.
• Check keypad cable: Reseat the keypad connector on the PCB.
• Replace keypad: If buttons remain unresponsive, replace the keypad or entire front panel assembly as supplied by Aqmos.
