Possible Causes

Worn or damaged keypad membrane, Moisture ingress into control panel, Loose keypad ribbon cable, Faulty UI section of Aqua Dial PCB

Safety first: Disconnect power before removing the control cover.

Dry the area: If condensation or splashes are present, gently dry the control panel and allow it to air out.
Check ribbon cable: Open the control head and ensure the keypad ribbon cable is firmly seated in the PCB connector.
Test buttons: With power restored, test each button. If some work and others do not, the keypad membrane may be failing.
Replace keypad or control module: Depending on model design, replace the keypad overlay or the entire Aqua Dial control module.
