E14 error and the display indicates high flow or leak alarm (on models with leak detection)

Safety first: If a leak is suspected, turn off the main water supply and inspect for visible water damage immediately.

• Check for running water: Ensure all taps, toilets, and appliances are off. If the flow indicator still shows movement, there may be a hidden leak.
• Inspect visible pipework: Look around the softener and downstream plumbing for drips or pooling water.
• Verify sensor operation: If no leak is found, the flow sensor may be faulty. Refer to the flow meter checks under E05.
• Adjust settings: On models with configurable leak thresholds, ensure the alarm level is appropriate for your household usage.
• Contact a plumber: If you cannot locate the leak but the alarm persists, engage a qualified plumber to perform a pressure test and leak search.
