Safety first: No internal electrical work is required for basic checks.

• Verify hardness: Confirm your actual water hardness with a test kit or supplier data. Adjust the controller hardness setting accordingly.
• Check capacity and salt settings: Ensure the programmed capacity and salt dose match the Aqua Dial model's specification and your household size.
• Monitor usage: Compare the controller's recorded usage with your estimated daily consumption. If it is much higher, inspect the flow meter as per E05.
• Adjust settings: Optimise regeneration frequency by fine-tuning hardness and capacity within the recommended range.
