Aquabion softener does not draw brine during regeneration, but no error code is displayed.

Safety first: Isolate the softener and relieve pressure before working on the brine system.

• Observe brine level: During a manual regeneration, mark the brine level in the tank. After the brine draw stage, check if the level has dropped. If not, proceed with checks.
• Clean injector: Remove and clean the brine injector / venturi as described earlier, ensuring all small orifices are clear.
• Check brine line and fittings: Inspect the brine hose for kinks and ensure all connections are airtight. Replace any cracked fittings.
• Test float assembly: Ensure the brine float moves freely and is not stuck in the closed position. Clean or replace if necessary.

Warning: Do not overfill the brine tank with water manually; this can cause overflow and dilute brine strength.
