Buttons on the AquaSoft control panel do not respond or respond intermittently.

Safety first: Unplug the unit before removing the control panel.

• Dry moisture: Check for condensation or water inside the control housing. Dry thoroughly and correct any leaks.
• Reseat ribbon cable: Disconnect and reconnect the keypad or UI ribbon cable to the main board.
• Test individual buttons: Try each button to see if only certain keys fail. Localized failure indicates a worn keypad.
• Replace UI module: Install a new AquaSoft user interface/keypad assembly if buttons remain unresponsive.
