E07 error and the display is blank or flickering intermittently.

Safety first: Disconnect the power adapter from the outlet before inspection.

• Check outlet: Plug a lamp or tester into the same outlet to confirm it has power.
• Inspect transformer: Examine the AquaSoft 24V AC transformer for heat damage, cracks, or a burnt smell. Ensure the plug fits tightly in the outlet and the low-voltage connector is secure at the control head.
• Measure output (if trained): Using a multimeter set to AC volts, measure the transformer output. It should match the rating on the label (typically 24V AC). Replace the transformer if the reading is low or zero.
• Check for moisture: Look for signs of water intrusion around the control head that could short the board. Dry the area thoroughly and correct any leaks before restoring power.
• Replace control board: If the transformer is good and connections are secure but E07 and display issues persist, replace the AquaSoft main control board.
