How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the unit and close the inlet valve.
- Clean injector: Remove the AquaSoft injector nozzle and throat and soak in vinegar to dissolve scale. Rinse and reinstall.
- Check for air leaks: Inspect all brine line connections and the brine well grommet. Tighten or replace any suspect fittings.
- Test check valve: Remove the brine check valve and verify it allows flow toward the valve but not backward. Replace if stuck or leaking.
- Verify assembly orientation: Ensure the brine valve and injector components are installed in the correct order and direction per the AquaSoft service diagram.
