How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Work only on de-energized circuits. If you are not qualified, contact an electrician or service technician.
- Check outlet: Plug another device into the same outlet to confirm it has power.
- Inspect power cord and adapter: Ensure the BWT Perla power plug is fully inserted and the cable is not damaged. If an external adapter is used, check its output with a multimeter if possible.
- Check internal fuse: Some models have an internal fuse on the main PCB. With power disconnected, remove the cover and visually inspect the fuse. Replace only with the same type and rating if blown.
