• Check wiring: Verify that only dry contacts are connected if required. Remove any external voltage sources that may have been incorrectly applied.
• Test without external wiring: Temporarily disconnect all external control wires and power up the unit. If E19 clears, the fault lies in the external wiring or device.
• Review configuration: In the installer menu, ensure the external control mode matches the actual wiring (e.g., normally open vs. normally closed contact).
• Replace PCB if internal damage: If the error persists with no external wiring connected, the input circuit on the main PCB may be damaged and require replacement.
