How to Fix / Troubleshooting

- Check display mode: Ensure the BWT unit is not set to vacation, manual-only, or standby mode. Switch to automatic regeneration.
- Verify schedule: Confirm the regeneration time and days are correctly programmed and that the clock is accurate.
- Test flow meter: Run water at a tap and check if the display shows flow or volume counting. If not, inspect and clean the BWT flow meter.
- Manual regen test: Attempt to start a manual regeneration. If the valve does not move, suspect a motor or control fault.
If the unit still will not regenerate, professional diagnosis of the motor and control board is recommended.
