BWT softener uses salt much faster than expected

• Check for continuous drain: Inspect the drain line for constant flow, which could trigger frequent regenerations. Repair valve leaks if present.
• Verify injector: Confirm the injector size is correct for your model. Replace with the proper BWT injector if incorrect.
• Monitor usage: After adjustments, track salt usage over several weeks to ensure it aligns with BWT’s expected consumption for your conditions.

If salt use remains abnormally high, have a technician check for internal valve bypass or programming errors.
