How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power before servicing electronics.
- Power reset: Disconnect power for several minutes, then reconnect and observe if E15 clears.
- Check installation conditions: Ensure the softener is installed within BWT’s specified temperature and pressure ranges. Extreme conditions can cause sensor readings to drift.
