How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect power before removing the control panel.
- Dry moisture: If condensation is visible under the display cover, dry the area and improve ventilation around the unit.
- Check ribbon cable: Reseat the keypad ribbon cable on the main PCB.
- Test buttons: In diagnostic mode (if available), test each button’s function. Non‑responsive keys indicate a faulty keypad.
- Replace keypad: Install a new Cillit display/keypad module if the membrane is worn or damaged.
