- Check mode: Enter programming and confirm the unit is set to METERED or TIME CLOCK mode as desired, not OFF.
- Verify clock: Set the correct time-of-day and day-of-week so scheduled regenerations occur at the intended time.
- Test flow meter: Run water and confirm the display shows flow or counts gallons. If not, service the Crystal Quest flow meter/turbine sensor.
- Re-enable regen: In the installer menu, ensure regeneration is not disabled or locked out.
